Troy Culver Estate Planning ("we") holds educational estate planning seminars and free consultations. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, spouse or partner, address, phone numbers and email addresses.
- Your seminar registration and attendance, and your seminar worksheet answers, including preferred meeting times.
- If you choose to complete our planning questionnaire: information about your family, assets and goals.
- Notes from our conversations and the appointments we schedule with you.
How we use it
- To schedule and confirm your consultation, and to send you the meeting invitation and reminders.
- To prepare for our conversation and to answer your questions.
- To improve our seminars.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Our estate planning partner, once you go ahead with a consultation, so your trust documents can be prepared.
- Service providers that run our systems on our behalf: our hosting provider (Railway); Google (Calendar, Google Meet and Gmail, for scheduling and emails); and Anthropic (an AI service that helps us read handwritten worksheets and prepare meeting notes). They may use the information only to provide these services to us.
- When the law requires it.
Google account data
Our scheduling system connects to our own Google account to check our calendars for free times, add consultation events with a Google Meet link, see whether you accepted the invitation, and send reminder emails. It does not read anyone's email. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we protect it
Your information is kept in a password-protected system that only our team can access, and each person sees only what they need. Connections are encrypted.
Your choices
